考虑多维约束的混合直流电网优化调度方法

摘要 混合直流电网为我国规模化新能源接入电网与送出消纳提供了可行方案,合理的调度决策可以优化其运行安全性和经济性。文中提出了一种考虑电网多维约束的混合直流电网优化调度方法。首先考虑混合直流电网的不同网络拓扑结构、多种运行控制模式,对其节点进行分类与标准化处理,得到通用网络数学模型;其次,根据不同的节点类型,得到对应的电压偏差量的求解形式,并基于高斯赛德尔法对混合直流电网的潮流进行求解;最后,考虑电网多维约束,采用非线性规划的方法,并基于全网损耗最小的目标原则,获得满足多维约束下的混合直流电网优化调度决策指令。通过不同的混合直流电网算例,基于文中算法均可获得其优化后的调度决策指令,结果表明,文中算法在满足多维约束的同时降低直流网络损耗,优化系统的运行安全性和经济性。 Hybrid DC grid technology is one of key solutions dealing with large-scale renewable energy integration and consumption, and a reasonable dispatch decision can optimize the operation security and economy. This paper presented an optimized dispatch approach for hybrid DC grid system considering multidimensional constraints. Firstly, according to the different topologies and a variety of operation control modes, the nodes were classified and standardized, then a general hybrid DC network model was developed; Secondly, the voltage deviations corresponding to different node types were described and the power flow of the hybrid DC grid was solved based on Seidel Gauss method; Finally, considering the multidimensional constraints of the DC network, the nonlinear programming method was used to obtain the optimal dispatch decision and minimize the overall loss. To verify the presented approach, the dispatch orders for different hybrid DC grid schemes were calculated and optimized. The results show that the optimized dispatch orders enable the hybrid DC grid operating within acceptable range and minimum power loss, which means the improved security and economy.
