摘要 主动配电网是承载城市能源互联网的核心载体,其高可靠性供电能力、灵活的调节水平、高效的源荷区域平衡与优化能力是实现城市多种能源互联互通、综合利用和优化共享的关键。该文结合苏州地区城市电网及能源特点和建设国际能源变革城市的需求,介绍了可靠灵活、优化平衡的主动配电网建设方案。采用交直流混联、即插即用、高电能质量建设、柔性直流合环等技术打造灵活可靠的主动配电网,通过源网荷(储)的协调优化控制,实现苏州地区多种能源的综合利用与协调优化。该文所提建设方案可为支撑城市能源互联网的配电网建设提供借鉴作用。 Active distribution grid is the core carrier of city energy internetwork. Its capacity of providing high reliable power supply and conducting flexible regulation is the key foundation for achieving the interconnection, comprehensive utilization and optimized sharing of urban energy mix. A solution to reliable and flexible active distribution grid construction in Suzhou was proposed in this paper. The features of Suzhou’s urban grid and the needs of Suzhou in constructing an energy transition city had been taken into consideration. In this solution, technologies such as AC/DC hybrid grid, plug and play, high-quality power supply construction, flexible DC closed-loop were adopted to construct a flexible and reliable active distribution grid. In this active distribution grid,technology of power source/grid/load/power storage coordinated optimization and control were utilized to realize the comprehensive utilization and coordinated optimization of energy mix in Suzhou. The solution proposed in this paper can be used for reference in constructing an active distribution grid that can support urban energy internet.
