摘要 10kV网架结构的选择是配电网规划与改造的关键,受多种因素影响。为了制定目标网架,首先在确定网架单元数量的基础上计算配电网的投资成本;其次,结合用户停电损失综合函数,利用系统平均停电时间指标衡量可靠性效益;然后,建立网架结构多目标规划的目标函数,采用权重系数变换法将可靠性效益和投资成本转化为单位负荷供电总成本;最后,以网架结构影响因素为初始种群,以单位负荷供电总成本最低为适应度函数,采用差分进化算法(differential evolution,DE)算法,获得连续负荷密度区间下的最优网架结构。实例证明该算法收敛快、精度高,能够为配电网建设提供理论依据。 The selection of the 10 k V network structure is the key to planning and transformation of distribution network. It is impacted by many factors. In order to establish the network structure target, firstly, the investment cost of the distribution network was calculated on the basis of determining the number of structure frame units. Secondly, combining the comprehensive function of user’s power outage loss, the reliability benefit was measured by utilizing the system average interruption duration index; Then, the objective function of the multi objective programming of the grid structure was established, and the weight coefficient variation method was used to transform the reliability benefit and the cost of investments into the total cost of the unit load power supply. Finally, the optimal network structure under the continuous load density interval was obtained by taking the influence factors of the grid structure as the initial population and the minimum total cost of the unit load as the fitness function, and by using the differential evolution(DE)algorithm. It was verified by examples that the algorithm has fast convergence and high accuracy. It can provide a theoretical basis for the construction of distribution network.
