摘要
有源中点钳位型五电平逆变器已逐步运用到大功率光伏并网系统中。为解决飞跨电容电压与中点电位存在耦合这一问题,该文在载波移相调制策略的基础上,对飞跨电容电压与中点电位之间的关系进行详尽的数学推导,进而提出一种分裂调制波的解耦控制方案。同时,为避免飞跨电容的控制对输出电流的基波造成影响,在上述方案的基础上提出一种约束条件,实现对解耦控制的优化,并给出详细的算法流程。仿真和实验验证优化解耦控制算法的可行性及控制性能。
Active neutral-point-clamped five-level(ANPC-5 L) inverter has been gradually applied to the high-power photovoltaic grid-tied system. In order to solve the coupling problem between the flying capacitor voltages and neutral-point potential, a detailed mathematical derivation of the relationship between the flying capacitor voltages and neutral-point potential was carried out based on the carrier phase-shifted modulation strategy. Then a decoupling control using modulation wave splitting was proposed. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the effect of flying capacitor voltage control on the output current fundamental wave, this paper introduced a constraint condition based on the above scheme to achieve optimized control, and a detailed algorithm flow chart was given. The simulation and experiment results prove the feasibility and performance of this algorithm.
