摘要
双边长初级直线感应电机初级模块并联联接,并由单逆变器供电是一种有效的直线驱动方式。为提高电机整体推力性能,提出一种基于次级整体磁链定向的矢量控制策略。首先,给出并联各直线感应电机模块的动态模型,推导出控制过程中并联电机模块总励磁电流和推力电流的计算方法。在此基础上,依据并联直线感应电机模块运行时各电机的耦合因数和次级的实时速度,进行次级磁场定向,实现并联直线感应电机次级磁场和推力的协同控制。仿真分析和实验结果表明,所提次级磁场定向控制方法能有效克服既有磁场定向控制时的推力波动问题,提高并联电机模块整体推力的平稳性。同时,该方法能提高并联直线感应电机运行时的功率因数,降低所需逆变器的容量。
The long primary double sided linear induction motor(DSLIM) connected in parallel and powered by a single inverter is an effective linear drive mode. To improve the thrust performance of the motors, a vector control strategy based on the secondary flux orientation was proposed. First, the dynamic model of parallel linear induction motors was given, and the calculation method of the total excitation current and the thrust current was deduced in the control process. Based on this, the secondary field oriented control was achieved to realize the synergetic control of the secondary magnetic field and thrust of parallel linear induction motors, according to the coupling factor of every linear induction motor and the secondary real-time speed. The simulation analysis and experimental results show that the proposed secondary field oriented control method can effectively overcome the problem of thrust fluctuation in the existing filed oriented control and improve the stability of the overall thrust of parallel motor modules.Meanwhile, the method can improve the power factor of parallel linear induction motors and reduce the required inverter capacity.
