双边水冷永磁直线电机的磁热耦合分析(英文) 被引量:15

摘要 为了产生高加速度,设计一台12槽11极双边水冷永磁直线电机,其需要给绕组提供很高的电流密度。在这种情况下,铜耗和铁耗增加,电机热分析变得必不可少。针对该电机有水冷和无水冷两种模式,全面考虑电机所有材料建立基于双闭环算法的磁热耦合二维有限元模型。通过模型,分析热对流系数和不同频率下铁耗对温升的影响及温升对永磁体性能的影响,分析连续工作制下水流量对电机温升及推力的影响。结果表明,即使在较小的水流量时,电机的推力仍然可提高2倍。其次,分析不同工作制下电机能输出的最大推力。通过样机测试结果验证分析结果。 A 12-slots/11-poles(12S/11P)water-cooled double-sided permanent magnet(PM)linear synchronous machine(DPMLSM)was designed to produce high acceleration by supplied with extreme high current density.At this condition,a thermal analysis should be conducted due to the increase in copper loss and iron loss.An electromagneticthermal coupled model based on an improved double-loop circulatory technique was developed with 2D finite element analysis for DPMLSM with and without water-cooled system,which gave an overall consideration of materials in this machine.With this model,the convection coefficients,the influence of iron loss at different frequency and the impact of temperature rise on PMs were focused on.And then the influence of water flow rate was investigated under the continuous duty by calculating thermal characteristic.The predicted results show the output thrust force can increase about two times even if only adopting small water flow rate.Moreover,the maximum thrust force under different working conditions was discussed.Finally,the predicted results were validated by prototype measurements.
