摘要
由于传统模型参考自适应算法缺乏对电流检测误差和系统噪声等不确定性因素的校正机制,导致转子位置估计误差,并产生电流谐波。为了提高转子位置估计精度和鲁棒性,抑制电流谐波,提出一种基于死区函数的模型参考自适应算法,即设计基于死区函数的自适应律。仿真和实验验证该方法的有效性。实验结果表明,该算法可以提高转子位置估计精度,有效地抑制电流谐波。转子位置估计误差从0.062rad减小到0.042rad,降低了32%;5次和7次电流谐波含量分别降低了39%和34%。
The traditional model reference adaptive system lacks the correction mechanism of uncertain factors such as motor current detection errors,system noise,etc.,which causes error of rotor position estimation and harmonics of the phase currents.In order to improve accuracy and robustness of rotor position estimation,as well as suppressing the current harmonics,a model reference adaptive system based on dead zone functions was proposed that designed an adaptive law based on dead zone functions.The effectiveness of the method was verified by simulation and experiments.The results verify that the method based on dead zone functions can improve accuracy of rotor position estimation and suppress the harmonic currents effectively.The position estimation error is reduced from 0.062 rad to 0.042 rad.The experimental results show that the rotor position estimation error is reduced by 32%and the 5 th and 7 th harmonic contents are reduced by 39%and 34%respectively.
