摘要 针对目前变电站工程环保投资明细及标准尚未统一、环保投资效益分析尚未系统开展的现状,提出了基于全寿命周期成本理论(LCC)的变电站环保改造经济评价方法,基于LCC的变电站环保投资计算方法的构建,对变电站环保投资LCC构成和变电站环保投资效益进行了分析,并结合某110 kV城中变电站改造开展了实例研究。结果表明:环保投资LCC主要取决于初始投资和运行成本。借助LCC模型可确定变电站环保投资的成本,为全寿命周期管理优化提供依据,达到经济成本与环境效益最优。 In view of the fact that the details and standards for environmental protection investment of substations are currently not unified and the environmental protection investment benefit analysis has not yet been carried out, an economic evaluation method is proposed in this paper for environmental protection investment of substation based on life cycle cost theory(LCC). The LCC constitution and benefits of environmental protection investment are analyzed, and a case study is carried out on a 110 kV substation. The results show that the LCC of environmental protection investment mostly depends on the initial investment and operation costs. The environmental protection investment cost of substation is determined by the LCC model, which can provide a basis for optimizing the life-cycle management to achieve the optimum balance between the cost and environmental benefits.
