摘要
缅甸小其培电站通过110 kV源松线T接向缅北电网供电。在日常发供电运行中电站负荷运行到接近单机1/2额定功率就容易引发系统低频振荡现象,极大限制了电站发供电能力。为运营好这一中缅合作的项目,通过开展电网振荡稳定系列试验和研究,发现电网设备陈旧,技术和管理落后,电压等级低,供电距离长,负荷结构不合理等问题存在,并与缅方相关部门取得共识。近期通过增加电站运行机组、优化调节参数、调高主变电压档位,初步提高了运行负荷和电网稳定性。
Chibwe Nge Myanmar Hydropower Station sends electricity to the grid of Northern Myanmar through Chibwe Nge-Myitsone 110 kV('T' joint) transmission line. However, low-frequency oscillation, which is triggered by low load, limits the station 's capacity to provide electricity. In order to improve the station 's performance, a series of researches and experiments were carried out on the electrical oscillation. The causes for the problem are found to be outdated grid equipments and management skills, low voltage, long transmission distance and unreasonable load structure. After coordinating with related Myanmar departments, and by putting more power generation units and PSS into operation and lifting the voltage level of the main sub-station, the load and stability of the grid has been improved.
