摘要
发电机自动励磁调节器(AVR)是一个典型的复杂闭环控制系统,但常规调试方法无法在机组启动前对AVR闭环控制功能进行有效的动态测试,容易将缺陷遗留到启动阶段,而机组启动过程中因AVR故障导致的工期延误时有发生。为了解决此难题,研发了一套能仿真发电机的各种运行工况的实时仿真装置。介绍了该仿真装置的实现原理及在机组启动前对AVR闭环控制功能进行现场动态性能测试的方法,并利用该装置在ALSTOM-V2及三菱MEC7000上进行了测试。测试结果表明,该测试系统对现场检测AVR闭环控制功能缺陷非常有效,成功检测出常规方法无法发现的AVR问题,避免了机组启动因AVR问题造成延误和损失。
Generator automatic excitation regulator(AVR) is a typical complex closed-loop control system. But conventional debugging method cannot be used to make an effective dynamic test on its closed-loop control functions before the unit startup, and potential defects may be left to the start-up phase of the unit. In fact, during the startup, commissioning delay frequently occurs due to the malfunction of the AVR. In order to solve this problem, a real time simulation device is developed, which can simulate generator operations under various working conditions. This paper introduces the principle of the device and the on-site dynamic performance testing method for the AVR closed-loop control functions before startup. The device was tested in two nuclear power plants(i.e., ALSTOM-V2 and Mitsubishi-MEC7000 AVR). The testing result shows that the proposed testing system is very effective for on-site testing of the AVR closed-loop control function defects. Some AVR problems have been successfully detected, which cannot be found with conventional testing methods, and the unit startup delays and losses caused by AVR problems are therefore avoided.
