摘要
分布式能源是为终端用户提供灵活、节能的综合能源服务的重要途径。构建了并网上网和电力直供2种模式下,分布式能源系统的经济性评价模型。基于典型日逐时负荷和分时电价,以上海市某医院分布式能源系统与相邻的宾馆用户为研究对象,从经济性角度分析了电力直供模式对分布式能源用户和常规用户的影响。结果表明,以电力直供模式代替常规并网上网模式,可以实现分布式能源用户和常规用户经济利益的双赢;当直供电价为0.849元/(k W·h)时,双方利益得到平衡,年费用节约率均为12.27%。
Distributed energy can provide a flexible, energy-saving comprehensive energy service for end users. An economic assessment model is developed for distributed energy systems under grid-connected with power injection mode and direct power supply mode. Based on hourly energy loads and time-of-use tariff rate, a distributed energy system of a hospital in Shanghai and a user-the hospital's neighboring hotel are selected to analyze the influence of direct power supply mode on the economic performances of both the distributed energy users and traditional users. The simulation result shows that replacement of the traditional grid-connected with power injection mode with the direct power supply mode can achieve win-win benefits for both users. When the price of direct power supply is 0.849 Yuan/k Wh, the benefits of both customers are balanced with an annual energy cost saving ratio of 12.27%.
