摘要
采用传统方法计算电梯轿顶在载荷下的强度和位移,求解复杂难以计算。为了解决该问题,本文利用有限元方法,基于Solidworks Simulation软件分析了轿顶在实际承载工况下的最大应力与位移,并根据分析结果,改进了轿顶结构。该方法简单实用,对电梯机械部件的设计计算有一定的参考价值。
It isvery difficult to calculate the strength and displacement of elevator car roof under load with the traditional method.In order to solve the problem, the maximum stress and displacement of the car roof under actual load-bearing conditions are analyzed by the finite element method based on Solidworks Simulation software. The structure of car roof can be optimized based on the FEA results. This method is simple and practical, and can be referred for the design and calculation of elevator mechanical parts.
