摘要
基于人工焊接电梯地坎托架焊接质量不稳定和生产效率低的现状,开发设计了电梯地坎托架自动焊接交换夹具。该自动焊接交换夹具通过两套地坎托架定位夹具交替作业,配合弧焊机器人实现自动焊接和人工装夹同步进行,且夹具能快速定位并夹紧工件,既减少了工序的等待时间,提高了生产效率,又降低了工人的劳动强度,焊工只需要进行工件装夹、取出成品、检验焊接质量即可高效完成生产任务。焊接位置和工人操作位之间装有防辐射屏风,减少弧焊对身体的伤害,符合行业的健康-安全-环境政策。
Based on the unstable welding quality and low production efficiency of artificial welding of elevator sill bracket, the automatic welding exchange fixture of elevator sill bracket is developed. The automatic welding exchange fixture is alternately operated through two sets of locket bracket fixtures, and the automatic welding and manual clamping is done synchronously with arc welding robots. And the fixture can be fast positioned and the work-pieces can be clamped to reduce the waiting time of working procedure and the labor intensity of workers, and to improve the production efficiency. The production task can be completed efficiently through clamping work-pieces, taking out finished product, checking quality of welding which are only done by welders. It is beneficial to reduce the harm of arc welding for bodies with the installation of radiation shielding screen between welding position and workers’ operation position. It is also in line with the HSE(health safety environment) policy of industry.
