摘要
结合大规模定制的特点,提出了电梯产品配置设计框架,分析和研究了产品配置设计中的关键模块。实现了利用产品配置模板驱动产品配置知识,选用产品族零部件,并逐级定义产品结构的配置设计求解过程。为电梯行业应对大规模定制需求提供了理论支持。
According to the characteristics of mass customization, a framework of elevator product configuration design is formulated. The key modules in product configuration design are analyzed and studied. Adopting the product configuration template, the product configuration knowledge is driven, the product family components are selected, and the solution process of product configuration design is achieved step by step. The theoretical support for elevator industry to respond to mass customization requirements is provided.
