摘要
利用FMECA方法对某型驱动主机主要零部件的不同故障对自动扶梯运行影响的分析,识别驱动主机使用过程中的薄弱环节和关键失效模式,为驱动主机在研发阶段的可靠性设计提供有效依据,并给出了设计需要改进的措施和日常维护补偿措施。
Using FMECA to analysis the effect of escalator operation that main parts of the drive station has different faults. Weak lines and key failure modes during drive station using are identified. Evidence in development phase for reliability design of drive station is provided. And modified measures and indemnifying measures for daily maintenance are given.
