Testing Method of Elevator Brake Test With the Car Empty

电梯制动性能的优劣直接关系到乘客乘用电梯的安全性,因电梯制动性能失效已在全国发生多起伤亡事故。采用传统的载荷试验方法虽然技术成熟、检测结果可靠,但检验过程中需要使用载荷,耗费极大的人力物力。本文介绍了一种能够无需使用载荷的简单、准确、快速验证电梯制动性能的方法。

The elevator braking ability is directly related to the safety of passengers.Many casualty accidents have been caused by the failure of elevator brake.Although the traditional load test method is mature in technology and reliable in testing results,but a lot of manpower and material resources to use load in the process of testing are required.A simple,accurate and fast method to verify the braking ability of elevator without car loading is introduced in this paper.
