基于大数据的电梯维保智能管控云平台的设计与实现 被引量:5

摘要 为有效预防和减少电梯安全事故,提高电梯维保工作效率和管理水平,建立了电梯维保智能管控云平台,该平台集成了UML、数据库、XML和手机APP等关键技术,构建了完整的电梯安全评价体系和电梯故障知识库,通过对电梯运行数据、故障状态数据进行采集分析,实现了基于大数据的电梯故障预警,达到了提高电梯维保管理的效果。同时实现了构建电梯档案、一对一责任制、扫描定位和人员跟踪和智能化学习交流等独特功能。 In order to effectively prevent and reduce elevator safety accidents, strengthen elevator maintenance management, enhance maintenance management means, it is established an elevator maintenance intelligent management and control cloud platform, which integrates UML, database,XML and mobile APP and other key technologies. A complete elevator safety evaluation system and an elevator fault knowledge base are constructed. Through collecting and analyzing elevator operation data and fault status data, the elevator fault early warning based on large data is realized,and the effect of elevator maintenance management is improved. At the same time, the unique functions of building elevator files, one-to-one responsibility system, scanning and positioning,personnel tracking and intelligent learning and communication are realized.
