摘要
提出了一种基于组合赋权法的电梯安全综合评价方法。根据电梯实际使用状况及历年事故原因分析构建了基于人机环管四个方面16个指标的电梯安全二级评价体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)获得各评价指标的主观权重,通过对各指标的专家打分值采用熵值法获得指标客观权重,将主客观权重有机结合获得组合权重,通过将量化打分与组合权重结合实现电梯安全综合评价。成都市某电梯实例研究表明,组合赋权法得到的评价结果比AHP方法具有更强的适用性,评价结果更为可靠。
A comprehensive evaluation method of elevator safety based on combination weighting method is proposed in this paper.According to the actual use of elevators and the cause analysis of accidents over the years,a secondary evaluation system of elevator safety based on 16 indicators of four aspects including people,machine,environment and management is constructed.The subjective weights of each evaluation index are obtained by AHP(analytic hierarchy process),and the objective weights are obtained by using the entropy method.The combined weights are obtained by combining the subjective and objective weights.The comprehensive evaluation of elevator safety is realized by combining the quantitative scoring with the combined weights.The case study of an elevator in Chengdu shows that the evaluation results obtained by combination weighting method are more applicable and reliable than those obtained by AHP method.
