摘要
研究了钢渣细集料沥青混凝土及膨胀性能,含细集料(粒径小于5mm)的钢渣沥青混凝土长期在水作用下膨胀效应明显,粒径小于10mm的钢渣集料对沥青吸收效果明显。采用逐级等体积替换的方法配制了钢渣AC-25沥青混合料,研究了集料复合方式、设计方法和工艺对AC-25钢渣沥青混合料最佳油石比的影响;集料复合技术可有效降低钢渣沥青混凝土最佳沥青用量,采用粒径大于10mm的钢渣与粒径小于10mm的玄武岩复合可最大限度使用钢渣集料同时有效控制油石比;Superpave设计方法与马歇尔设计方法在确定钢渣沥青混凝土最佳沥青用量上差别不大,即不同设计方法对降低钢渣沥青混凝土的油石比效果不明显;将沥青与填料提前制备成胶浆再与钢渣集料拌合制备沥青混凝土的方法可减少自由沥青的量,约降低沥青用量0.2%。
The expansion properties of the asphalt concrete used steel slag as fine aggregate were carried on.It is found that the expansion effect of steel slag asphalt concrete containing fine aggregate(particle size less than 5mm) under water for a long time was obvious,and the asphalt absorption effect of steel slag aggregates whose particle sizes are less than 10 mm were obvious also.AC-25 steel slag asphalt mixtures were prepared by the method of volume replacement step by step,and the impact factors such as the composite aggregate way,the design method and process of the steel slag AC-25 asphalt mixture optical asphalt content were discussed.Aggregate composite technology can effectively reduce the optimum asphalt content of the steel slag asphalt aggregate concrete.When the steel slag of the particle size greater than 10 mm compounded with the basalt of the diameter less than 10 mm,it can be used to the limit and effectively control the oil-stone ratio at the same time.It is on a huge difference for determining the optimum asphalt content of steel slag asphalt concrete by Superpave design method or the Marshall design method.In other words,the effect on reduction in the optimum asphalt content of steel slag asphalt concrete is not obvious by different design methods.It can reduce the amount of free asphalt and decrease the asphalt content by about 0.2%when preparation of gelling slurry with the asphalt and filler in advance and then mixing with steel slag aggregates.
