摘要
综述了利用固体废物制备陶粒时成球、烧制以及烧成三个阶段的反应机理,分析了陶粒的原料成分、成分含量、烧制和烧成制度等因素对陶粒颗粒密度、堆积密度、吸水率等性能的影响,对寻找制备陶粒的最佳工艺参数具有指导意义,为固体废弃物的资源化利用提供了参考。
The reaction mechanisms of raw pellets,firing and sintering of the preparation of ceramsite by solid wastes were summarized.The influence of main factors such as the components and proportion of raw materials,firing and sintering system on the performance of ceramsite like grain density,bulk density,bibulous rate and so on were discussed,which not only has instructional effect on finding the optimum technology parameters of preparing ceramsite but also has provided a reference for the solid wastes utilization.
