摘要
本文介绍了重庆赛迪热工环保工程技术有限公司高温液态熔渣显热回收技术的开发。利用其自行搭建的工业化实验平台,对熔渣的粒化特性、粒化渣玻璃体含量及系统经济效益、环境效益进行了研究。结果表明,其成功开发了国际上首套熔渣离心粒化及余热回收工业化实验平台,实现了熔渣的粒化和余热回收,探明了熔渣粒化机制,建立了熔渣破碎模式的转换关系。粒化后的颗粒渣满足矿渣水泥的标准,高温液态熔渣余热高效回收系统可为企业带来良好的经济效益和环境效益。
This paper introduces technology development of Chongqing CISDI Thermal & Environmental Engineering CO.,LTD on waste heat recovery of high temperature molten slag.The granulation characteristic,amorphous state content, the economic efficiency and environmental efficiency of this system was studied using industrial experimental platform which design and develop by themselves.The result show that they successful developed first set industrial experiment platform of slag centrifugal granulation and waste heat recovery on the world.The granulation and waste heat recovery of molten slag were realized.The mechanism of slag granulation is proved.The conversion relationship of molten slag granulation model is established. Granulated slag meets the standard of slag cement.High temperature molten slag waste heat recovery system can bring huge economic and environmental benefits for enterprises.
