Characteristics and Steelmaking Application of COSRED Coal Based Direct Reduction Process

本文简要说明了目前直接还原工艺的现状以及COSRED工艺的发展历程,详细说明了COSRED工艺的工艺流程、工艺参数、原燃料条件、关键技术、规模大小、工序能耗、环境保护、生产成本和操作维护等工艺特点,本文还说明了我国发展电炉炼钢短流程的重要性和紧迫性以及COSRED工艺对我国电炉炼钢和转炉炼钢发展的积极作用。

This paper briefly illustrates the current situations of direct reduction process and the development history of COSRED, meanwhile, it minutely describes the process characteristics of COSRED from the following aspects, such as the process flow, the process parameters, raw materials and fuel, the key technology,production scale, process energy consumption, environmental protection, production cost, production operation and so on. Moreover, it has stated the importance and necessity of developing the short process of electric furnace steelmaking in our country, and the positive effects of COSRED process in these respects.
