介绍了我国HIsmelt工厂的最新生产运行情况及其主要生产技术指标,分析了HIsmelt工厂生产中存在的主要问题,并与澳大利亚Kwinana厂进行了对比;从矿粉预还原度、矿粉预热温度、矿煤喷吹能力等几个方面,分析了制约HIsmelt工厂产能进一步提升的主要因素,指出了下一步HIsmelt工艺改进的目标和方向。

It is introduced that the production latest status of HIsmelt plant in China and its main production technical indexes. The main problems in the production have been analyzed and compared with the Kwinana plant in Australia. The main factors has been analyzed, which is restricting HIsmelt plant production capacity to further improve, from several aspects such as ore pre-reduction degree, ore preheating temperature, ore and coal injection ability etc.. The improvement goals and direction of HIsmelt technology are pointed out.
