The Development Process and Path Choice of Mixed Ownership Economy in the Past 40 Years of Reform and Opening

改革开放四十年来,混合所有制经济经历了萌芽探索期(1978-1992年)、初步发展时期(1993-2003年)、推动与融合时期(2003-2013年)、分类与深化时期(2013年至今)。在混合所有制经济改革过程中,出现了"国退民进"与"国民共进"的两条路径之争,我们应该鼓励解放思想、尊重实践、大胆探索、勇于开拓,但决不能在根本性问题上出现颠覆性错误,要确保党和国家各项事业始终沿着正确政治方向发展,所以我们要慎重对待混合所有制经济发展的路径问题。

In the past 40 years of reform and opening,the mixed ownership economy has experienced the budding exploration period(1978-1992),the initial development period(1993-2003),the promotion and integration period(2003-2013),the classification and deepening period(2013-to date).In the process of mixed ownership economic reform,there have been two disputes between ' the privatization of state assets' and ' the integration of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises'.We should encourage emancipation of the mind,respect for practice,bold exploration,and courage to open up,but we must not make fundamental mistakes on the issue.We must ensure that the cause of the Party and the country always develops in the correct political direction.We always maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in ideological and political actions.Therefore,we must treat the path of mixed ownership economic development with caution.
