促进中国对外贸易稳健发展的路径研究

Research on the Path of Promoting the Steady Development of China's Foreign Trade

该文基于中国经济发展数据对中国对外贸易增速下滑的原因深度分析。发现影响中国对外贸易增速下滑的原因既有全球经济的增速乏力,全球经济贸易增长的动力不足,市场需求低迷;新兴经济体经济增长缓慢;国际上地缘政治热点不断,非经济影响因素不断上升;国际贸易保护主义的进一步抬头等国际环境因素;又有国内经济增长步入新常态,产品竞争力优势不高,外贸企业融资困难,人民币汇率的波动,境内的部分外向型企业的转移等国内经济环境因素。针对上述原因提出政府积极拓展国家之间的贸易协议的磋商和制定,积极充分利用多边贸易组织规则和双边协议应对贸易保护主义;加大对外贸易政策和措施的落实;加快产业结构和产品结构的调整;依托一路一带国家战略加强沿线国家合作等提高中国对外贸易增速的措施,对中国对外贸易的稳健发展具有很重要的现实意义。

This article,based on our country’s economic development data,makes an analysis of the reasons for the decline of our country’s foreign trade growth in depth,and discovers some factors contributing to the current situation.Some international reasons are as follows:weak growth of the global economy,insufficient global economic and trade growth momentum,demand downturn of the market;slow economic growth of emerging economies;constant hot spots of international geopolitical,constant rising of non-economic factors;rising international trade protectionism and other international environmental factors;Some domestic factors also play a part:domestic economic growth getting into the new normal,weak product competitive advantage,difficulties for foreign trade enterprises financing,the fluctuations of RMB exchange rate,the transfer of part of export-oriented enterprises of China and other domestic economic environment factors.Considering these reasons,this paper tries to put forward measures to improve China’s foreign trade growth,such as the government actively expanding consultations and formulation for the trade agreements between countries,actively making full use of multilateral trade organization rules and bilateral agreement against trade protectionism and increasing the implementation of the foreign trade policies and measures,speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure and product structure,strengthening cooperation among countries along the Belt and Road through the Belt and Road National Initiative and so on.
