现代产业体系建设是现代经济体系建设的先决条件、重点领域以及核心任务,一方面要求实体经济、技术进步、人才培养以及现代金融等生产要素充分活化、共同发展;另一方面,要求我们积极加入国际经济合作之中,通过"一带一路"倡议的实施,接轨国际市场,推进区域经济一体化,有效补充中国现代产业体系中的不足部分,增强中国经济韧性。其中,自贸区作为对外开放的一种高级形式,具有重要的战略意义。现代产业体系要实现创新驱动、结构合理、发展协调、运行高效,可以充分借助多国自贸区和境内自贸区的各种作用方式,扬长避短,加速推进现代产业体系的建设。

Modern industrial system plays multiple roles,such as the necessary prerequisite,the major field and the corn task,in the establishment of modern economic system.On one hand,it requires full mobilization and collaboration of the real economy,technological progress,talent cultivation and contemporary finance.On the other hand,it is essential to vigorously participate in international economic co-operations like the Belt and Road,so as to keep path with international market and regional economic integration,and to effectively compensate for inadequacies of modern industrial system,as well as to enhance the tenacity of Chinese economy.As a superior example of opening-up,FTA has important significance in national strategy.It is necessary to fully utilize multilateral FTAs and domestic FTAs to realize comprehensive establishment of modern industrial system,including innovation-oriented motivation,rational structure,coordinating development and efficient operation.
