以人民为中心的书法教育传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化

People-centered Calligraphy Education to Inherit and Promote the Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture

书法是民族文化价值、实用价值和艺术审美价值的统一体现,由此构成了书法教育推进中华优秀传统文化传承弘扬的目标导向与新时代使命。人民是书法和民族传统文化的创造者,因此,中国书法和中华优秀传统文化的发展,必须服务于人民的需要和中国特色社会主义建设的需要,必须坚持以人民为中心的根本方向。当前,有的书法教育未能突出普遍性,有的书法教育脱离书法本质价值,有的书法教育误导价值观取向。要解决这些问题,必须以人民为主体、为人民服务,满足人民群众的文化需求,以人民是书法教育传承和发展成果的分享主体,推进书法教育传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化,坚持党的领导,保证书法文化安全,坚定文化自信;构建中国书法文化的世界性传播平台,扩大中国文化的人民共享度,把书法教育深度融入中小学、社区和乡村振兴基础教育和文化建设事业中,推进社会主义核心价值观建设。

Calligraphy is a unified embodiment of national cultural value,practical value and artistic aesthetic value.Therefore,the mission for calligraphy education in the new era is to promote and inherit the excellent Chinese traditional culture.People are the creators of calligraphy and ethnic traditional culture.Therefore,the development of Chinese calligraphy and excellent traditional Chinese culture must serve the needs of the people and the need for the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It must adhere to the fundamental orientation of taking people as the center.At present,there exist some challenges:some calligraphic education is not prominently universal;some separate themselves from the essential value of calligraphy,and some mislead the values.To solve these problems,we must take people as the main body,serve people,meet the cultural needs of people,and take people as the sharing subject for the succession and development of calligraphy education;we should promote and inherit calligraphy education and carry forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture,uphold the leadership of the Party,ensure the safety of calligraphy culture,and be confident in our culture.We should build a global communication platform for Chinese calligraphy culture,expand the sharing between people of Chinese culture and integrate calligraphy education into primary and secondary schools,communities,and villages to revitalize basic education and public culture,and promote socialist core values.
