土地作为自然资源和生产要素,是人类生存与发展的重要基础资源。然而土地资源受位置固定、自然产物等决定,存在着自然要素及其区域分布耦合的天然差异,加之人类不合理利用行为的影响,导致其在被人类利用过程中存在缺陷乃至难以满足人类需求。破解土地资源要素禀赋难题,只有依靠科技创新,包括土地资源要素耦合、国土空间优化开发、国土综合整治与生态修复、智慧国土与信息化等技术创新。要实现土地科技创新,必须依靠土地学科建设培养高水平科技人才。

As a natural resource and production factor,land is an important basic resource for human survival and development.However,land resources are determined by fixed location,natural products,etc.There are natural differences in the coupling of natural elements and their regional distribution.In addition,the influence of unreasonable use leads to defects in the process of human utilization and even difficulty in meeting human needs.To solve the problem of endowment of land resources,we must rely on technological innovation,including the coupling of land resources factors,the optimization of national land space,the comprehensive improvement of land and ecological restoration,intellectual land and information technology.To realize land science and technology innovation,we must rely on the construction of land disciplines to cultivate high-level scientific and technological talents.
