城镇化进程中贵州省典型县域耕地保护时空变迁

Spatial and Temporal Changes of Cultivated Land Protection in Typical Counties of Guizhou Province in the Process of Urbanization

准确掌握具有不同资源禀赋地区的耕地变迁,分析城镇化过程中引起耕地数量和质量变化的驱动因素是耕地保护的关键。该文采用典型调查与比较分析相结合方法,选取贵州省典型的万亩以上耕地大坝黄家坝大坝、涟江大坝、旧州大坝所在的湄潭县、惠水县和黄平县为实证研究地区。分别对3个典型县域自然经济条件、城镇化水平、耕地数量和质量时空变化等各方面进行定量分析,近5年在不同城镇化驱动因素作用下3个实证区表现出不同耕地数量和质量时空变迁特征,应有针对性的提出差异性耕地保护对策,为贵州省乃至西南山区耕地保护和地区发展提供政策借鉴。

Accurately holding the changes of cultivated land in different resource endowments areas,and analyzing the driving factors of the changes in quantity and quality of cultivated land in the process of urbanization are the key to the protection of cultivated land.This paper adopts the method of combining typical investigation with comparative analysis,and chooses Meitan County,Huishui County and Huangping County,where Huangjiaba Dam,Lianjiang Dam,and Jiuzhou Dam is located,as the typical farmland dams of more than 10,000 mu in Guizhou Province.Quantitative analysis is carried out on the natural economic conditions,urbanization level,spatial and temporal changes of cultivated land quantity and quality in three typical counties.In the past five years,under the influence of different urbanization driving factors,the three empirical areas have shown different spatial and temporal changes in the quantity and quality of cultivated land.It should be pointed out that differential cultivated land protection countermeasures are put forward to provide policy reference for cultivated land protection and regional development in Guizhou Province and even in the southwestern mountainous areas.
