University Governance:Core Concepts,Philosophical Foundation,and Dialectical Thinking:Based on the Review of On the Philosophy of Higher Education

布鲁贝克的《高等教育哲学》在我国教育学界影响较大,为有效融合作者意图、文本意图、读者意图三重视界,其前提应该厘清大学治理、高等学问、自治与问责等核心概念,界定认识论哲学与政治论哲学的内涵,处理好学术自治与大学治理的关系,增强辩证思维能力,进而才能发展具有中国特色、中国气派、中国风格的高等教育哲学,完善现代大学治理制度和体系。

There is great influence from the book On the Philosophy of Higher Education by Brubacher in China.In order to integrate three inteneions of author,text,reader effectively,it is necessary to clarify related concepts,such as university governance,higher learning,autonomy,accountability,epistemological philosophy,and political philosophy,to handle the relationship between academic autonomy and university governance well We should enhance the capability of dialectical thinking,develop the philosophy of higher education with Chinese characteristics,Chinese manner and Chinese style,and improve systems of modern university governance.
