摘要
德国创新高校计划通过推动"思想、知识和技术"的相互转化,促使应用型大学完成以"研-产-服"为主旨的"第三项职能",因而具有未来工业化高等教育的模型特征。该计划首轮资助的29项项目涵盖了48所应用类高校,各项目实施理念在于实现高校、企业和社区之间联结、支持及创造功能,促进彼此产生良性的共促效应,并形成迭代的正向循环和优化。通过选取其中的CREAPOLIS项目为特征范例,可以明确该计划的落地运行模式及结构流程,并获得相应启示及借鉴。
The Innovative University Program in Germany promotes the transformation of'thoughts,knowledge and technology',in order to enable universities of applied science to complete the'Third Mission'with the purpose of'Research-Production-Service'.Therefore,the program has the future industrialized characteristic of higher education.The first round of the program has eventually funded 29 projects,including 48 universities of applied science professional universities.The implementation concept of each project is to realize the function of connecting,supporting and creating among universities,enterprises and communities,in order to promote the positive effect for each other,and form the iterative optimization.By selecting the CREAPOLIS as example,the operation mode and structure of the program can be clarified and references can also be concluded.
