Reflections on Promoting Cooperative Development of GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's Education

粤港澳大湾区建设是新时代国家重大战略,教育在其中具有十分重要而特殊的使命和作用。教育合作发展是粤港澳大湾区教育建设的基本路向,也是处理粤港澳三地教育关系的基本依据。新时代粤港澳大湾区教育合作发展需要确立"湾区意识",赋予时代新内涵:着眼于长远全局,彰显教育"百年大计"的本质和在湾区建设中的特殊功能;着眼于协同发展,实现优势互补;着眼于现代治理机制创建,建设活力湾区、法治湾区;着眼于融合性发展,构建发展共同体、命运共同体;着眼于包容性成长,形成和而不同的"马赛克"式的湾区教育新图景。

The construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a major national strategy in the new era,in which education plays a vital and special role.Cooperative development of education is the fundamental direction of education construction in the Greater Bay and also the basis for handling the educational relationship between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.In the new era,'Bay Area Consciousness'and the connotation of the times is needed in the cooperative development of education in the Greater Bay:by focusing on the long-term overall situation,we can highlight the essence of education as'Centennial Plan'and the special function of it in the Greater Bay construction;by focusing on the coordinated development,we can achieve complementary advantages;by focusing on the establishment of modern governance mechanism,we can build a vigorous bay area under the rule of law;by focusing on the integrated development,we can construct a community of development and destiny;by focusing on inclusive growth,we can form a new'mosaic style'(namely different but harmonious)prospect of the Greater Bay education.
