摘要
在推动大学教师专业发展的诸因素中,专业自我的主动建构处于核心地位,为教师个体的专业发展提供强大动力。专业自我建构是将自我运用于专业活动之中的实践与反思过程,亦是个体专业成长的重要途径与标志。对现代大学教师而言,"教学自我"与"科研自我"是其专业自我构成中的两大核心角色,二者在发展中既相互竞争,又相互支撑。唯此二者共同发展,大学教师专业自我建构的完整性与整体水平才能保证。大学教师专业自我的完整建构终将助力其专业发展,同时带来教学品质的提升。
Among the factors that promote the individual professional development of university teachers,'professional self'is at the core,which provides a powerful motive force for individual professional development.Professional self-construction is a process of practice and reflection which applies oneself to professional activities,and it is an important way of individual professional growth.For modern university teachers,'teaching self'and'researching self'are two core roles in their professional self-construction,which both compete with and support each other in their development.Only when both of them develop together,can the integrity and overall level of professional self-construction of university teachers be guaranteed.The integral development of university teachers’professional self will eventually promote their professional development and bring about the improvement of teaching quality.
