摘要
世界一流学科建设关系着我国高等教育竞争力与国家创新能力的提升。当前我国世界一流学科建设要克服'唯技术化标准''轻体系性能力建构''纯学科视域''弱合纵连横蝶变'等路径依赖,建立多维度多元化的一流学科评价体系、构建基于内生能力生长的学科生态系统、重构学科建设行政性力量的传导方式与作用机制、建立基于杠杆驱动的学科建设双连横架构、矫正与引导世界一流学科建设的社会心理及文化心态,全面提升中国'世界一流学科'建设质量。
The construction of world-class disciplines is closely related to the competitiveness of higher education and the improvement of national innovation ability.At present,the construction of world-class disciplines in China should overcome the path dependence of'Technical Standard Only','Despising Systematic Ability Construction','Discipline Perspective Only','Insufficient Integration of Industry and Education'.To improve the quality of the construction of world-class disciplines in China,we can take some measures:establishing first-class discipline evaluation system with multi-latitude and diversity;constructing discipline ecosystem based on endogenous capability growth;reconstructing the transmission mode and function mechanism of administrative power in discipline construction;establishing a Leverage-Driven Double-Link framework for discipline construction;correcting and guiding of social psychology and cultural psychology in the construction of world-class disciplines.
