摘要
大学教师评价,在人事管理和学术内涵上存在着'二律背反'。这种'二律背反'在我国大学的表现是行政力量的主导和学术力量的屈从。要实现大学教师评价主客体关系的平衡,需在'六个不唯'上做工作:评价导向上注重外显内在结合,不唯'可见表现';评价维度上考虑学术工作内涵,不唯'科研至上';评价标准上尊重不同学科差异,不唯'一把尺子';评价过程中引入教师主体功能,不唯'政策条款';评价方法上探索定性定量结合,不唯'数字迷信';评价结果上可行多方协商调适,不唯'一锤定音'。
On the faculty evaluation,there is a kind of antinomy between personnel management and academic connotation.The antinomy shows in China out the administration-dominated and scholarship-yielded.If want to make it balanced in subject-object relationship of faculty evaluation,we need to realize the'six-notsole'which are:integrating apparent and intrinsic in evaluation orientation,'not-sole-performance';considering academic connotation into evaluation dimension,'not-sole-research';respecting disciplinary differences in evaluation criterion,'not-sole-one-ruler';introducing faculty’s subjectivity into evaluation procedure,'notsole-documentation';combining quality and quantity in evaluation methodology,'not-sole-data';making multistake-holder discussion and adjustment in evaluation results,'not-sole-one-decision'.
