摘要
近年来,吉林大学、浙江大学等高校先后发布了网络科研成果认定办法,在科研成果的形式、评价标准和评价主体等方面'严重'突破了高校传统的科研评价办法,这在深层次上契合了当前知识转型时代科研评价改革的需要。知识转型让科研成果的形式从学术论文走向'科研产品',让科研评价标准从一元的创新性走向多元的影响力,让科研评价主体从学术同行走向广泛的社会'阅听人'。当前,在'双一流'建设背景下,顺应知识转型的要求,高校科研评价必须改革:一是要树立'科研产品'的思维,重视非论文的其他形式的科研成果;二是要坚持服务导向,提倡多元的影响力评价标准;三是要打破单一的'同行评议',引入社会各方评价主体。
In recent years,Jilin University,Zhejiang University and other universities have successively launched online scientific research achievements identification methods,which have'seriously'broken through the traditional scientific research evaluation methods in the forms of scientific research achievements,evaluation standards and evaluation subjects.At a deeper level,this exactly fits the need for scientific research evaluation reform in the current era of knowledge transformation.It is knowledge transformation that promoted it:the forms of scientific research achievements are changing from academic papers to scientific research'products',the scientific research evaluation standards are moving from monistic innovation to pluralistic influences,and the research evaluation subjects are going from academic peers to a wide range of social'audience'.Currently,under the background of'double first-class'construction,in accordance with the requirements of knowledge transformation,the evaluation of scientific research in universities must be reformed:first,we should establish the thinking of'scientific research products',and attach importance to other non-paper forms of scientific research achievements;second,we should adhere to services orientation,advocating pluralistic evaluation standards for influence;third,we should break the single'peer review'and introduce the evaluation subjects of all parties in society.
