Path Choosing of High-level Groups of Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

高水平专业群建设是高水平高职院校建设的关键。专业群是一组结构有序、优势互补、资源共享的专业或专业方向的集合,专业群的内在组成决定了专业外在的服务形式或服务面向。要结合产业发展、学校办学特色、学生发展,科学合理设计专业群结构。建设高水平专业群应从提升集成发展能力、综合改革能力、适应需求能力、协同创新能力等方面选择建设路径,并建立与专业群发展相适应的管理机制与质量保证体系。

The construction of high-level groups of majors are the key to the construction of high-level vocational college.A group of majors is a group with structurally ordered,complementary advantages and resource sharing specialty or a collection of specialty oriented group.The internal composition of majors determine the external service mode or service orientation.The structure of majors should be designed scientifically and reasonably in combination with industrial development,college running characteristics and students’development.To build a high-level group of majors,we should choose the construction path from four aspects:enhancing the integrated development ability,comprehensive supporting reform ability,demand adaptability and synergistic innovation ability,also establishes the management mechanism and quality assurance system that must be adapted to the development of majors.
