摘要
世界一流大学与一流学科建设,既是大学实现跨越式发展的重要契机,也是对大学治理体系与治理能力的重大考验。要建成世界一流学科,就必须建设适合一流学科生成与发展的大学制度,就必须将'学科建设'的宏观政策话语转换成为'学科治理'的微观实践逻辑。学科治理是以一种'嵌入'的方式内生于大学治理体系中的,这一视角从学科生态系统的创建、学科结构的优化与协调发展、学科建制与学院治理关系的理顺三个方面,对当前大学治理体系提出挑战。
The construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines is not only an important opportunity for universities to achieve leapfrog development,but also a major test of university governance system and ability.To build a world-class discipline,university must pay more attention to the regulations system suitable for the generation and development of first-class discipline,and must transform the macro policy discourse of'discipline construction'into the micro practical logic of'discipline governance'.Discipline governance is in university governance system in an'embedded'way.This perspective challenges the current university governance system from three aspects:the establishment of discipline ecosystem,the optimization and coordinated development of discipline structure,and the straightening out of the relationship between discipline structure and college governance.
