摘要
大规模科学技术工程的战略核心之一是实现各类隐性知识的集成创新。为有效实现大规模科学技术工程隐性知识集成创新,本文融合知识管理理论和微分动力学理论与方法,分析大规模科学技术工程隐性知识集成的必要性;界定大规模科学技术工程隐性知识集成的主、客体;在此基础上,构建大规模科学技术工程隐性知识集成创新模型,研究模型解析解的渐进稳定性;最后,基于模型分析结果,提出可以通过构建隐性知识集成创新的考核激励机制、进一步完善隐性知识集成创新的知识管理体系、营造隐性知识集成创新的软、硬环境,推动大规模科学技术工程隐性知识的集成创新。
One of the strategic core goals of major scientific and technological projects is promoting integrated innovation of different tacit knowledge.In order to effectively realize integrated innovation of different tacit knowledge,knowledge management theory and differential dynamics are firstly applied to analyze necessity of integrated innovation of tacit knowledge in major scientific and technological projects and define the subjects and objects of integrated innovation of tacit knowledge in major scientific and technological projects.Based on this,integrated model of tacit knowledge in major scientific and technological projects is built and the asymptotic stability of solutions of the model is analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis of model,it is proposed that the integrated innovation of different tacit knowledge in major scientific and technological projects could be accelerated by establishing assessment and incentive mechanism of integrated innovation of tacit knowledge,further improving the knowledge management system of integrated innovation of tacit knowledge and creating integrated innovative software and hardware environments of tacit knowledge.
