供应链弹性三因素模型研究

The Three-Factor Model of the Supply Chain Elasticity

供应链弹性是供应链应对突发事件的有效手段,为了提高供应链弹性,本文从供应链弹性影响因素出发,在理论分析的基础上构建了供应链弹性三因素概念模型。在对大量企业和管理学员调研的基础上对概念模型进行实证研究,并根据初步计算结果对理论模型进行了修正。实证结果表明:供应链脆弱性对供应链弹性有显著的负向影响;供应链能力和弹性管理能力均对供应链弹性有显著的正向影响;供应链能力同时对弹性管理能力具有加强作用,而供应链脆弱性对弹性管理能力未有显著影响。本文的研究对提高供应链弹性有实质性意义。

As a core competition ability of supply chain,supply chain elasticity is contributed to deal with emergent events.The influencing factors of supply chain elasticity are analyzed and a three-factor conceptual model of supply chain elasticity is extracted.The model is empirically tested using data collected from multi-industry.The findings are as follows;supply chain vulnerability has a significant negative impact on supply chain elastic,supply chain capacity has a positive impact on supply chain elastic,supply chain capacity has a direct positive impact on flexible management capacity,and flexible management capacity influences on supply chain elastic significantly.Theoretical guidances are provided in this research for enterprises to improve supply chain elasticity.
