摘要
随着中国企业国际化的发展,人力资源管理水平高低对于中国企业国际化进程越来越重要。本文首先阐述中国企业国际化进程中人力资源管理的困境,认为影响中国企业国际化过程中人力资源管理问题的因素主要有四个方面:环境因素、组织因素、工作因素和个人因素,然后基于四个影响因素建立中国企业国际化进程中人力资源管理影响因素的理论模型。进一步结合理论模型,通过因子分析、结构方程模型等实证分析方法研究这些影响因素对于人力资源管理的影响程度,通过实证分析得出工作因素、环境因素等对人力资源管理的影响程度较大,另外,所在国法规、组织文化、工作性质、个人特质等分别在其所在变量组中占的比重较大。
With the development of internationalization,human resources management level become increasingly important for the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises.The plight of human resource management in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises is introduced,and it is assumed that human resource management issues affect the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises,mainly in four aspects;environmental factors,organizational factors,job factors and personal factors.Based on the four factors,the passage establishes a theory model of influencing factors of human resources management about Chinese enterprise in the process of internationalization.By empirical analysis of factor analysis and structural equation modeling,it is found that job factors and environmental factors are more important for human resource management,in addition,the host country laws and regulations,organization culture,nature of work and personal qualities are more important in their variable group.
