云计算环境下服务监管角色的评价指标体系研究

Research on Evaluation Indicators System for Service Custodian in the Cloud Computing Environment

摘要 云计算环境下的信息服务监管问题已经成为云计算领域中的重要问题之一。本文针对云计算环境下服务监管角色的评价与选择问题,研究云计算环境下服务监管角色的评价指标体系,从管理维护能力、服务运营能力以及信息技术支持能力等三个维度,通过指标海选、专家筛选、相关性分析以及鉴别力分析等环节,形成了由13个定性指标和13个定量指标所构成的指标体系。 The problem of information service custodian in the cloud computing environment has become one of the most important questions within the cloud computing area.According to the problem of evaluation and selection of service custodian in the cloud computing environment,the evaluation indicators system of service custodian is studied from three aspects:governing and maintaining ability,service operating ability,and information technology supporting ability.By means of indicators mass-election,expert filtering,relativity analyzing,and discriminationanalyzing,the evaluation indicators system has been formed which consists of 13 qualitative indicators and 13 quantitative indicators.
