人本资本产权行为异化、信仰危机及其价值偏移:理论和应用

Acts Alienation of Humanism Capital Property Rights,the Faith Crisis and their Value Offset:Theory and Application

本文把关于人本资本产权行为异化和信仰危机的讨论纳入到传统的增长核算框架中,提出了测度人本资本产权行为异化和信仰危机对于TFP以及产出变动影响的方法。基于这个分析框架,本文分析了中国房地产行业的人本资本价值转移的偏移值、人本资本偏移价值、信仰危机偏移价值,并对其进行趋势分析,得出了中国政府对房地产宏观调控政策产生了显著而又良好经济效益和社会效益的结论。

In this paper,the discussion on acts alienation of humanism capital property rights and the faith crisis is brought into the traditional growth accounting framework.The methods which can measure the impact of alienation of humanism capital property rights and the faith crisis on TFP and output are propesed.Based on this analytical framework,offset value of humanism capital transfer,humanism capital offset value and faith crisis offset value in China' s real estate industry is analyzed and trend analysis is conducted to make the conclusion that national macrocontrol policies of Chinese Government on China' s real estate industry have produced significant and good economic-social benefits.
