摘要
本文在国内外学者对组织伦理气氛的研究基础上,将伦理气氛聚焦于团队,探索了不同类型团队伦理气氛对团队效能的影响机制,并对团队沟通在团队伦理气氛作用于团队效能过程中所起到的中介作用进行了验证。261个团队的实证研究结果表明团队利益型伦理气氛、法律规章型伦理气氛和独立判断型伦理气氛与团队效能显著正相关,而个人利益型伦理气氛与团队效能显著负相关,团队沟通在伦理氛围影响团队效能的过程中的中介作用也得到部分证明。据此,笔者提出了若干团队伦理气氛的培育建议,期冀为国内团队的进一步发展提供有力的帮助。
In this paper,based on the results of organizational ethical climate researches from both domestic and foreign scholars,the influence of team ethical climate on team effectiveness and the types of team ethical climate are studied.In addition,the intermediary role of team communication is discussed in the process of ethical climate affecting team effectiveness.The result of empirical research on 261 domestic teams points out that the team benefit oriented,legal regulations oriented and independent judgment oriented have positive correlation with team effectiveness,while personal interests oriented has a significant negative correlation with team effectiveness.At last,related advice is put forward to the cultivation of team ethical climate,which are expected to provide a powerful help for the further development of domestic teams.
