摘要 依据市场水平调整支付员工的薪酬是薪酬制度中的重要内容。本文采用博弈论和信息经济学的分析方法,研究了美军市场化薪酬的三项优势;在四点假设的基础上,定量分析了军队薪酬增长率、公务员薪酬增长率、自主择业补贴系数、价值峰值年限对军队人员薪酬满意度的影响。 To adjust staff salaries based on market level is an important part of the remuneration system.In this paper,game theory and information economics are used to analyze three benefits of Marketing Salary System in U.S.Army.Based on the four hypotheses,influence terms' impacts on satisfaction of salary for serviceman are analyzed,including the growth rate of payment for soldiery and civilian,ex- service lump- sum subsidy factor and maximum utility peak value in commission.
