摘要
为了提高工艺规划效率,改善工艺规划质量,设计了一种基于遗传算法的工艺规划方法。确定了基于特征的工艺方案表达方法,将构成工艺方案的工序分解为机床、刀具和进刀方向3个部分。以机床成本、刀具成本、装夹成本、机床更换成本、刀具更换成本之和最小作为工艺规划的目标。将遗传算法应用于工艺规划过程中,通过设计合理的基因编码规则、适应度函数、交叉、变异算法优化工艺方案。通过实例验证,说明了利用遗传算法进行工艺规划的过程。
A process planning approach based on genetic algorithms(GA) is designed to promote the efficiency and quality of process planning.A represent of process plan based on features is determined,which consist of three aspects of machines,tools and tool approach directions(TADs).The minimized sum of machines cost,tools cost,set—up cost,machines changing cost and tools changing cost is considered as the optimization object of process planning.GA is applied in process planning,and a feasible process plan is obtained by designing the reasonable gene coding rule,fit function,crossover and mutation operation.An application of GA in process planning for the example part is illustrated by a simulated experiment.
