摘要
本文给出民生科技政策实施绩效评价的定义和功能,从政策制定、政策执行和政策效果三个层面,建立了民生科技政策实施绩效评价指标体系,详细给出了模糊积分的评价方法。并对北京市民生科技政策实施的实施绩效进行了模拟评价。
In this paper,the definition and function of performance valuation of policy implementation on people's livelihood science and technology are given.The performance evaluation indexes are established and a detailed evaluation method of fuzzy integral is given from policy formulation,policy implementation and policy effects levels.Then the Beijing's simulated evaluation of policy implementation on people's livelihood science and technology is carried out.
