利用SNA促进封闭科研组织中隐性知识的传播

Using SNA to Promote the Diffusion of Tacit Knowledge in Closed Scientific Research Organization

封闭组织中隐性知识的传播,在定量的测度上有一定的难度。本文在客观调查数据的基础上,利用社会网络分析法UCINET软件绘制出组织中成员间知识传播的网络图。通过中心度和结构洞理论,对某科研组织中8位成员间隐性知识的传播情况作出分析评价,提出策略建议,促进组织中隐性知识的有效传播。

The transmission of tacit knowledge in a closed group,has the certain difficulty on quantitative measure,In this paper,on the basis of objective survey data,social network analysis in the UCINET software is introduced to map the organization knowledge dissemination among the members of the network diagram.Through the center and structural hole theory,analysis and evaluation on the spread of tacit knowledge of the 8 members in Coal Development Strategy and Policy Research Institute of China University of Mining and Technology are made and suggestions are given to promote the diffusion of tacit knowledge in organizations.
