摘要
个性化定制是网络经济时代制造业主要发展趋势,在快速响应条件下企业达到知识、经济与技术三方面平衡是一项艰巨任务。基于制造企业实践调研,用控制论从产品线视角分析定制化产品生产流程和关键因素并构建系统动力学模型,仿真结果发现产品变化对知识产生新的需求并导致成本增加,变化程度对绩效增长正相关。与传统方式不同,定制化强调在快速响应下的知识创造与应用。定制化模式下企业内部协调虽然会促进使用知识存量增长,但也会显著提高成本,因此,提高灵活性、引进专业人才等快速提出解决方案、响应市场是提高绩效的重要途径。
Personalized customization is a major trend for manufacturing in e-economy era.Under the condition of rapid response to market,striking the balance between knowledge,economy and technology is still a huge task for enterprises.Based on the field study of a manufacturing enterprise,production process and the key factors are investigated by using the control theory and a system dynamics model is built for the simulation.The results show that product changes generate demand for knowledge and lead to cost increase,the performance growth is associated with the degree of change.Unlike the traditional production,enterprise internal coordination would promote growth of knowledge stock as well as significantly increased cost in customization mode.Therefore,a rapid proposed solution for the market response is an important way to improve performance.
