新疆十五个地州市对外开放水平比较分析——基于主成分方法和系统聚类方法分析

Comparative Analysis of Fifteen Areas of Xinjiang Opening——Based on Principal Components Analysis Method and System Cluster Analysis Method

以新疆15个地、州、市为研究对象,从对内开放、对外开放、经济支撑、基础支撑四个层面构建指标体系,包含15个指标。首先,采用主成分分析法,计算出新疆15个地、州、市对外开放水平综合得分;其次,采用系统聚类分析法,将新疆15个地、州、市对外开放水平分类。研究结果表明:①新疆15个地、州、市对外开放水平综合得分前三的依次是:乌鲁木齐市、克拉玛依市、昌吉回族自治州,综合得分后三的依次是:博尔塔拉蒙古自治州、克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州、和田地区;②依据聚类分析结果,将新疆15个地、州、市对外开放水平分为最高、较高、一般、较低四个类别,其中:第一类仅有乌鲁木齐市第二类仅有克拉玛依市;第三类包括昌吉回族自治州、巴音郭楞蒙古自治州、石河子市3个地区;第四类包括伊犁州直属县(市)、阿克苏地区等10个地区。

Selecting 15 areas in Xinjiang as the research object,index system is constructed Considering the Open to interior,the open to outside world,the economic support and the infrastructure support 4 factors,The index system containsl5 indexes.First,usesprincipal components analysis is done to obtain composite score in 15 areas of Xinjiang open level.Secondly,usessystem cluster analysis to divided Xinjiang 15 areasopenlevel into 4 categories.The results showe that the level of open 15 areas in Xinjiang's composite score in the first three respectively are:Urumqi,Karamay City,Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture.The last three areas respectively are:Boertala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture,Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture,Hotan Prefecture.Based on cluster analysis,the level of open level 15 areas in Xinjiang is divided into highest,high,generally and lower four categories.The category of highest is only UrumqiCity;The category of high is only Karamay City;The category of generally is includes Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Bayinguoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and ShiheziCity;The category of lower is includes Yili directly under the county and other 10 areas.
